Eliyon Enterprises Limited was established in 2002 by veteran geologist Mr. Ray Chifwaila Senior, following his distinguished tenure as Head of Geology at ZCCM. The company was founded on a strong technical understanding of Zambia’s mining and industrial environment.
From its early foundation in geological and mining-related expertise, Eliyon has developed into a multidisciplinary engineering and contracting organisation supporting complex projects across multiple technical disciplines.
That foundation continues to shape Eliyon today — combining technical expertise, operational discipline and practical project delivery across demanding industrial environments.

Mukosha Ray Jameson Chifwaila
An environmental engineer and registered engineering professional with extensive experience in environmental management, regulatory compliance and technical project oversight. As Executive Director – Operations, Eng. Chifwaila provides day-to-day operational leadership, coordinating technical teams, project execution and multidisciplinary delivery across Eliyon's engineering activities.

A veteran geologist and mining professional with more than four decades of experience in Zambia's mining sector. Mr. Chifwaila built a distinguished career with ZCCM, progressing through senior geological roles to Head of Geology. As Founder, Chairman and CEO of Eliyon Enterprises Limited, he provides strategic leadership and draws on extensive industry experience to guide the company's continued growth.
